Job Summary

Fezinn Hotel is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee HR operations and staff management. The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in HR within the hospitality industry, with strong skills in recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
• Conduct staff onboarding, training, induction, and development programs.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospitality industry regulations.
• Implement HR policies and maintain discipline across departments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate with department heads.
• Plan staff welfare activities, team-building sessions, and retention programs.
• Maintain HRMS records and prepare reports for hotel management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of hotel HR functions, payroll systems, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage staff across multiple departments and handle pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
