Job Description

1. Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.

2. Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and talent planning.

3. Drive HR initiatives that foster a high-performance, people-centric cultur

4. Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

5. Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top candidates.

6. Develop succession planning and internal talent mobility programs.

7. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages engagement and retention.

8. Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.

9. Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.

10. Implement performance appraisal systems and continuous feedback mechanisms.

11. Support managers in setting clear goals, KPIs, and development plans.

12. Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.

13. Identify training needs and design development programs for all levels.

14. Coordinate internal and external training initiatives.

15. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and update regularly.

16. Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR records.

17. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

18. Maintain HRMS systems and data integrity.

19. Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.

20. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including but not limited to:

21. Factories Act / Shops & Establishments Act

22. EPF, ESIC, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act

23. Maternity Benefit Act, Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) Act, and Industrial Disputes Act

24. Maintain and update statutory registers, returns, and records as per labor law requirements.

25. Liaise with labor authorities, government officials, and external consultants during inspections or audits.

26. Prepare and file timely statutory returns (PF, ESI, LWF, PT, etc.).

27. Monitor vendor and contractor compliance with labor and statutory obligations.

28. Conduct internal HR audits to identify and rectify compliance gaps.

29. Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with current labor laws and company practices.

30. Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, offer letters, and employee files.

31. Maintain confidentiality of employee data and legal documents.

32. Support the implementation of disciplinary procedures and handle domestic inquiries as required.

33. Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee data management.

34. Support onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements in compliance with legal norms.

35. Ensure proper handling of employee grievances and maintain fair workplace practices.

36. Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll compliance and audits.

37. Prepare compliance reports, audit documentation, and dashboards for management review.

38. Stay updated on amendments to labor laws and implement necessary changes promptly.

39. Support HR audits by internal and external auditors.

40. Educate employees and management on HR policies and compliance obligations.

41. Conduct compliance and POSH training sessions.

42. Build a culture of ethical conduct and compliance across all levels.

43. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports (attrition, headcount, cost per hire, etc.) to management.

44. Use data-driven insights to improve HR strategies and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kalyan, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
