Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience and excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage staff salaries, promotions, and contracts.
Develop and implement effective HR processes and labor regulations.
Foster strong relationships with employees through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analyze problems and develop solutions using problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with the management team to develop HR strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A, B.C.A, B.Com, BDS).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related fields.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and corporate HR practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with software used in the industry is an added advantage.
