Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment to join our internal HR team at Crown Solutions Chennai . This role combines traditional HR functions with a particular focus on hiring top talent to meet our growing organizational needs. The ideal candidate will also support HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition -Internal hirings (Primary Focus 60-70%) Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various internal roles. Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals etc. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. General HR Operations (30-40%) Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events. Assist in performance management documentation and coordination. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments. Help manage payroll inputs, leave records, and employee attendance data (in collaboration with payroll or admin teams). Provide support in handling employee grievances and concerns confidentially. Qualifications: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3 to 4 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment. Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and HRMS platforms. Solid understanding of HR functions, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
