Job Description:

As a Human Resources Specialist at Scaleacres, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. You will work closely with management and employees to address HR-related inquiries, provide guidance on company policies and procedures, and assist in fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, time-off requests, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to recommend innovative solutions and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
