Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience and a strong background in human resource management, preferably with experience in corporate planning and strategy or management consulting.

Roles and Responsibility

Hire new staff as per the company's requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain employee payroll records and bonuses.
Discuss compensation and benefits with higher management.
Manage HR generalist activities, including recruitment and talent management.
Oversee corporate HR functions, such as policy development and implementation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate diploma in any field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
