Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience and a strong background in human resource management, preferably with experience in corporate planning and strategy or management consulting.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Hire new staff as per the company's requirements to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and bonuses.
  • Discuss compensation and benefits with higher management.
  • Manage HR generalist activities, including recruitment and talent management.
  • Oversee corporate HR functions, such as policy development and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
