Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional with 6-12 years of experience in the hotel industry to join our team as an HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll, generalist knowledge, and experience in hiring new staff.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage employee payroll and maintain records of bonuses.
Hire new staff according to hotel requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Discuss compensation and benefits with higher management.
Handle recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR or related fields.
Possess strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
