Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize office files and documents (physical and digital) Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) Assist with data entry, record-keeping and report preparation Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Support daily operations of the office and assist other staff as required Schedule meetings, appointments and manage calendars Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning and filing Welcome and assist visitors or clients in a professional manner Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 12th pass or a diploma in Office Management or related field (Graduate preferred) Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role is an advantage Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
