Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hindi PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) to join our vibrant faculty at a leading International School in Kerala. The ideal candidate will bring energy, innovation, and a deep understanding of the Hindi language to help our students achieve academic excellence in a global learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teach Hindi to students from Grades 9 to 12, following CBSE/IGCSE/IB curriculum (as applicable) Design engaging lesson plans and assessments that foster language development and cultural appreciation Monitor student progress and provide individualized support Create a classroom culture that encourages active learning and respect for diversity Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary approaches and enhance curriculum Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in Hindi or a related field B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level (CBSE experience preferred) Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate digital tools into the teaching-learning process A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
