Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, bridge management and employee relations, and develop and monitor overall HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Manage IT and non-IT recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR operations and processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience with HR software and systems, including recruitment management tools.
Preferred candidate is female.
