Customer Relationship Executive Location: Gandipuram, Coimbatore Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline) About the Role We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience, and contributing to business growth through lead generation and conversion. Key Responsibilities Handle luxury retail customer inquiries and provide timely support across channels. Generate and convert leads through effective communication and follow-ups. Manage and update customer data using CRM software . Coordinate with internal teams for after-sales and service support. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, or service support. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes .
