Job Description – HR Manager Position: HR Manager Industry: Automobile OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Experience: 5–10 years Location: Amit Engineers, A 95/96, H Block, MIDC, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. Reporting To: CEO / Director Scope: Responsible for complete HR management of the entire Group of Companies   Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to manage and lead the Human Resource function across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. This is a sole-handled role requiring strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills to align HR practices with organizational goals.   Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage manpower planning and hiring across all group companies. Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top industry talent. Handle onboarding and induction processes. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication. Implement employee engagement activities to ensure high morale and retention. Handle grievance management and conflict resolution effectively. 3. Performance Management Implement and monitor appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based evaluation). Guideline managers in performance reviews and feedback sessions. Ensure alignment of individual performance with organizational objectives. 4. Learning & Development Identify training needs through skill gap analysis. Develop and implement training & development programs. Drive leadership development and succession planning. 5. HR Operations & Compliance Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. Maintain updated HR documentation and employee records. 6. Strategic HR Management Contribute to HR strategy formulation in line with business growth plans. Support organizational change management and transformation initiatives. Drive HR digitalization for efficiency and data-driven decisions.   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment cycle time and quality of hires. Employee engagement & retention rate. 100% compliance with statutory regulations. Timely execution of payroll and HR operations. Completion of training & development calendar. Improved performance management outcomes.   Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) from a reputed institute (mandatory). Experience: 5–10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Automobile / Manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience in HRMS/ERP systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
