OPERATIONAL · Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner. · Assisting with the loading and offloading of splicing machine, OTDR, Tool Kit and any other materials etc. · Detail reporting on MTS app. · Adjusting travel routes with help of google maps to avoid traffic congestion or road construction. · Promptly informing the company of any RTO Penalty chalan or traffic E chalan issued against the company vehicle during work hours. · Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing or any penalty. · Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing & cleaning before leaving the office and vehicle maintenance · Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings. · Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to the shift manager/ NOC or the other driver while doing HOTO and messaging on WhatsApp group for reference. · Assisting for Cable preparation and Chamber opening and closing and enclosure fitting. · Ensure safely of project material / machinery which are placed in the vehicle · Maintaining Vehicle Documents-Log Book, Fuel cash book, insurance, PUC, RTO passing etc · Coordinate with admin department to ensure servicing of the vehicle in a timely manner · Needs to drive safely and should follows all RTO rules ·
HR Executive - Recruitment role. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing joining formalities. The position requires working from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. We are also open for a hybrid model where you can work 3-4 days from home and must come to the office for 2-3 days for review. The office is located at Shree Nand Dham 313, CBD Belapur, near station. Recruitments/External hiring/Sourcing: · Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings based on the recruitment process. · Create job descriptions. · Sourcing and Screening of profiles IT and Non IT through referrals, job portals, and recruitment agencies. · Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. · Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. · Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within the recruitment budget. · Develop a pool of qualified candidates from social networks and references in advance keeping in mind organizational manpower requirements. · Assist in evaluating recruitment methods and sources for effectiveness · Assist in developing and implementing selection procedures, including applicant tracking, interviewing, testing, reference, and background checking. · Assist in maintaining healthy relationships with educational institutes as potential sources of employees in the future. · Manage the use of recruitment consultants and headhunters. · Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. · Conduct prescreening interviews. · Schedule interview as per the interview process and availability of interviewer · Develop and extend employment offers as per approved MRF/CTC Approval form. · Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data as well as candidate information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). · Carry out reference and background checks for potential employees. · Send joining intimation and induction plan for new employees. · Complete joining formalities and documentation for new joiners. · Conduct first-day HR induction for new employees. Explain HR processes as well as the project-wise incentive plan as applicable. · Enter new employee details in Payroll software · Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine recruiting plans and implementation effectiveness. · Maintain recruitment MIS to track the progress of the hiring plan. · Perform other special projects as assigned.
