Splicing Technician

KEY AREAS OF FOCUS OPERATIONAL • Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Supervisor as applicable. • Follow work allocation schedule and project plan. • Assist Splicer for rectifying faulty fiber. • Ensure proper tube cut and fiber cleaning • Ensure proper routing of fiber in the tray • Ensure proper cleaving & striping of fiber • Ensure safely & maintenance of tool kit & inverter • Meet / exceed client requirements   • Ready to work in rotational shift • Ensure timely completion of project • Maintain all records as per ISO standards • Adhere to all ISO policies & processes • Adhere to company & departmental polices & procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance, procedures, etc • Ensure data confidentially, integrity & protection of company’s property • Performs any other work assigned by the Management from time to time as per organizational priority Shift Timing Shift Schedule Timing Day Shift 08.30 AM To 7:00 PM Evening Shift 07:30 PM To 6:00 AM Night Shift 10:00 PM To 8:30 AM
