Job Description

As a Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing leadership development programs, conducting Assessment Centres, identifying high-potential employees, and creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs). You will also drive succession planning for critical roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving initiatives with CHRO & the Board to enhance talent to value - Leading goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes to build a high-performance culture - Developing & updating job descriptions, KRAs & KPIs for new roles in the organization in collaboration with Head HRBP & Compensation & Rewards - Managing existing R&R programs, preparing annual budgets, and developing new initiatives based on organizational needs - Conducting GPTW surveys, analysing data, creating action plans, designing interventions, and managing engagement budgets - Designing and implementing wellness programs to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees - Planning and driving CEO & CXO sessions with employees, organizing Townhalls, and fostering transparency and engagement through internal communication - Driving culture assimilation programs amongst employees and reinforcing Vision, Mission, and Values through communication, programs, and leadership alignment - Working closely with CHRO/CEO/CXOs to prepare Monthly/Quarterly deck for various HR initiatives & progress, and preparing board & NRC presentations Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of Talent Management experience, preferably from Healthcare/FMCG/Retail sectors, based at a corporate office with a workforce of 5000+ employees - Experience in stakeholder management at a leadership level - Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) - Ability to create and implement frameworks for talent development and organizational growth - Expertise in driving initiatives that enhance engagement and reinforce organizational values - Capability to support and lead change initiatives for cultural and structural transformation - Utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement - Aligning talent and OD initiatives with business priorities - Comfortable working in an IT-enabled environment and possessing good knowledge of HRMS Systems.,
