About CreatorFlux & The Role:

CreatorFlux Media is an exclusive digital talent arm of Zee, focused on end to end influencer solutions encompassing talent management, influencer marketing, creative solutions & creator led content IP development. This pioneering initiative is set to redefine how creators particularly those from non-metro regions - gain visibility, voice, and value on the national and global stage.

This is more than an influencer play, it's a cultural movement. By placing creators from Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India at the heart of mainstream entertainment, CreatorFlux is building the rails for the next wave of digital storytelling and creator entrepreneurship.

The Head of Talent will own the overall talent and influencer ecosystem - leading the team, shaping strategy, managing creator relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns and talent operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Management & Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the talent management team, ensuring smooth coordination across all creator and celebrity partnerships.
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and end-to-end operations for talents, ensuring timely execution and seamless communication.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent database, performance frameworks, and tracking systems.
  • Guide the development, approval, and distribution of promotional materials for talent.
  • Drive collaboration across creative, strategy, and brand teams for special projects and high-impact initiatives.
  • Establish strong SOPs, workflows, and quality standards for the entire talent function.

2. Influencer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Own and drive the overall influencer and creator strategy across the organization.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, multi-channel influencer campaigns in partnership with brand and business teams.
  • Provide strategic direction on campaign concepts, creator-fit, platform selection, and content angles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, celebrities, managers, and agencies.
  • Oversee negotiation, quotation sourcing, and approvals to ensure cost-effective and brand-aligned collaborations.
  • Ensure accurate performance tracking, reporting insights, and optimization across all campaigns.
  • Manage vendor relationships for gifting, merchandising, and campaign execution at scale.

3. Trendspotting, Content Innovation & Creative Direction

  • Stay ahead of cultural, social, and digital trends to identify opportunities for new content formats and high-impact creator moments.
  • Partner with the creative leadership to conceptualize innovative, trend-led content and campaigns.
  • Drive experimentation in meme formats, cultural storytelling, and viral-first concepts.

4. Strategic Planning & Process Excellence

  • Build and structure the junior talent team from the ground up, partnering closely with the hiring team to recruit the right talent for the function.
  • Develop talent roadmaps, forecast future needs, and align plans with business goals.
  • Build scalable systems, workflows, and tools to enhance team productivity.
  • Manage budgets related to talent, influencer spends, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure strong risk management and timely resolution of creator or campaign challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital content; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital culture.
  • Proven experience managing creator relationships and executing campaigns at scale.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple workstreams, and operate under tight timelines.
  • Strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of trends, pop culture, and internet behaviour.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, reporting, and campaign performance tools.
