As the Sales Head, you will be instrumental in monetizing the vertical by unlocking strategic brand and agency partnerships. This role demands extensive knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, client relationship management, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

You will be part of a high-energy, entrepreneurial team tasked with building a new-age digital monetization engine. The ideal candidate brings a track record of delivering sales targets, building client trust, and navigating the influencer and media buying ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Preparation and finalization of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Resolve statutory auditor queries and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Prepare and post journal entries for inter-company accounts.
• Prepare and review financial reports as requested by senior management.
• Prepare Monthly Projected Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statements.
• Prepare 3CD returns and ensure accuracy in tax-related filings.

Compliance & Taxation

• Manage TDS payments and quarterly TDS return filings.
• Handle Professional Tax (PT) and Provident Fund (PF) payments and returns.
• Prepare and file GST returns, make online GST payments, and ensure timely compliance.

Banking & Reconciliation

• Oversee daily banking operations and ensure smooth transactions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and vendor ledger reconciliations every month.
• Process vendor payments as per due dates after verifying contracts.
• Follow up with debtors for timely payments.
• Handle petty cash and related expense management.

Invoices & Data Management

• Record and verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense bills, bank payments, and receipts in Tally.
• Prepare monthly reports on mutual fund and share transactions.

Desired Skill and Expertise:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, PF, and Ind AS.
• Experience in preparing and filing tax returns and financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
