As India’s creator economy enters a phase of unprecedented growth, Zee, through CreatorFlux Media is focused on democratizing access and amplifying reach for emerging talent across the country. This vertical will serve as a creator-first hub, enabling brands, platforms, and production ecosystems to seamlessly engage with grassroots creators across genres, languages, and platforms.

This is more than an influencer play - it’s a cultural movement. By placing creators from Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India at the heart of mainstream entertainment, CreatorFlux is building the rails for the next wave of digital storytelling and creator entrepreneurship.


As the Sales Head, you will be instrumental in monetizing the vertical by unlocking strategic brand and agency partnerships. This role demands extensive knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, client relationship management, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

You will be part of a high-energy, entrepreneurial team tasked with building a new-age digital monetization engine. The ideal candidate brings a track record of delivering sales targets, building client trust, and navigating the influencer and media buying ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Campaign Development

  • Conceptualize pathbreaking, platform-native ideas for influencer marketing campaigns across categories and platforms.
  • Translate brand briefs into thumb-stopping, share-worthy content formats aligned with audience preferences and trends.


Client Engagement & Brand Pitches

  • Own the creative narrative for new business pitches, RFPs, and campaign presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to craft pitch-winning creative proposals that resonate with clients.


Content & Format Innovation

  • Stay ahead of emerging platform trends, algorithms, creator formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
  • Prototype and test new content formats (e.g., reels, short-form series, live formats, branded challenges).


Collaboration & Production Oversight

  • Work with internal production teams and influencer partners to ensure creative excellence in execution.
  • Guide scripting, visual tone, and post-production for campaign assets.


Creative Intelligence & Insights

  • Build an insights-driven creative culture by analyzing campaign performance, content formats, and consumer trends.
  • Document and share creative best practices and playbooks across teams.


Desired Skill and Expertise:


  • 5–10 years of experience in digital/creative agencies, branded content studios, with at least one stint in influencer marketing firms.
  • Deep understanding of content creation on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative development from ideation to execution.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and campaign visualization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, pitch-driven environments.
  • Portfolio of high-performing digital / influencer campaigns is a must.
