Job Description

As a Creative Head at Dangura Digital, your role will involve leading, mentoring, and managing a creative team consisting of graphic designers, video editors, writers, digital marketers, and directors. Your responsibilities will include developing high-impact creative strategies, brand campaigns, and storytelling concepts for clients. You will oversee all creative outputs such as ad films, digital content, social media creatives, print ads, reels, and brand identity. Additionally, you will guide concept development, scriptwriting, and storyboarding for ad videos and digital films to ensure consistent creative quality that aligns with the brand and meets industry standards. Collaboration with strategy, account, and marketing teams is essential to transform briefs into strong creative executions. Presenting ideas and campaign concepts to clients with clarity and confidence will be part of your regular tasks. It is crucial to stay updated on creative trends, digital innovations, and content formats to keep the agency ahead. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team comprising graphic designers, video editors, writers, digital marketers, and directors. - Develop high-impact creative strategies, brand campaigns, and storytelling concepts. - Oversee all creative outputs including ad films, digital content, social media creatives, print ads, reels, and brand identity. - Guide concept development, scriptwriting, and storyboarding for ad videos and digital films. - Ensure creative quality is consistent, brand-aligned, and meets industry standards. - Collaborate with strategy, account, and marketing teams to turn briefs into strong creative executions. - Present ideas and campaign concepts to clients with clarity and confidence. - Stay updated on creative trends, digital innovations, and content formats. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Design, Communication, Advertising, or related field. - 2+ years of creative experience in an advertising/digital/branding agency. - Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand films, digital content, and branding projects. - Exceptional skills in concept development, visual storytelling, and brand thinking. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video ideation tools, and design processes. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of digital platforms, reels, and consumer engagement formats. In addition, the company provides health insurance as a benefit. This full-time position is based in JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bangalore, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.,
