About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative team at SpiderWorks Technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong creative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conceptualize and deliver compelling designs aligned with client and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, video editors, writers, and strategists.
• Conceptualize and deliver high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, branding, social media, advertising, and marketing communication.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present creative concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Review and approve all creative materials before client submission to ensure quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, video production, and account management—to execute creative strategies.
• Guide the team with creative direction, inspiration, and constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and creative best practices.
• Develop creative strategies and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Head, Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar role in a digital agency or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities across digital, branding, and video content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently handle clients.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a creative team.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and familiarity with current industry trends.
• Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
• Experience working with diverse industries and brands.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
