Job description Position Overview: SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a meticulous and experienced Performance Marketing Executive with a deep understanding of running compliant campaigns for medical and healthcare brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google My Business (GMB) Ads and other e-commerce advertising platforms. This role requires expertise in navigating and adhering to strict advertising guidelines and policies for delivering results through strategic paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliant Campaign Strategy and Execution: * Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, GMB Ads, and e-commerce platforms while strictly adhering to platform-specific guidelines for medical advertising. * Ensure all campaigns meet the compliance requirements of Meta and Google, avoiding disapprovals, suspensions, or penalties. * Conduct detailed audience research to ensure ethical and effective targeting for medical and healthcare clients. 2. Policy Knowledge and Adherence: * Stay up to date with Meta and Google policies related to medical and healthcare advertising, including restricted content, claims, and targeting regulations. * Review and ensure all ad creatives, landing pages, and content meet compliance standards before launch. * Act as the go-to resource for internal teams on compliance questions related to medical and healthcare advertising. 3. Performance Tracking and Optimization: * Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes. * Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to optimize performance while maintaining compliance. * Provide actionable insights based on analytics and suggest adjustments to improve ROl and campaign effectiveness. 4. E-commerce and Lead Generation: * Manage and optimize ad campaigns for healthcare e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and service-based lead generation campaigns. * Implement remarketing strategies and build high-performing funnels to boost conversions. 5. Budget Management: * Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize returns while meeting client goals and maintaining compliance. * Monitor spending and ensure cost-efficiency across all campaigns. 6. Collaboration and Reporting: * Work with creative teams to develop ad copy and visuals that are not only engaging but also fully compliant. * Generate and present detailed performance reports for clients, emphasizing compliance efforts, key insights, and strategic recommendations. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and legal standards. 7. Research and Trend Awareness: * Keep updated with changes in advertising policies, industry trends, and emerging tools that impact medical and healthcare campaigns. * Identify and recommend innovative strategies for compliant, high-impact advertising in the healthcare sector. Key Qualifications: * Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads policies. * Expertise in running ads on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, with a focus on compliance. * Strong analytical skills to track, report, and improve campaign performance. * Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and policy resources from Google and Meta. * Exceptional attention to detail, especially in ensuring campaign compliance and avoiding policy violations. * Excellent communication and reporting skills to articulate campaign performance and compliance strategies. * 1- 2 years of experience in Google Ads Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Current CTC Expected CTC Experience: Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
