Creative Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire creative process from concept to final execution.
• Develop engaging designs for social media, digital ads, websites, packaging, and brand campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to conceptualize creatives that boost brand visibility.
• Oversee a small design team & ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency in all communication.
• Brainstorm and propose fresh ideas to enhance brand presence.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and market creative trends.
• Manage workflow, prioritize projects, and maintain quality standards.
• Handle photoshoots, reels, video editing, and creative direction when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or creative strategy.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding.
• Ability to lead, manage timelines, and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹17,051.23 - ₹50,000.00 per month
