GOODWEEKS TOURISM is India’s emerging ultra-luxury travel brand, curating high-end experiences for High Net-Worth Individuals—from private jets and exclusive islands to global bespoke retreats.

As we expand into the world of experiential luxury, we’re looking for a visionary Creative Head to define and elevate our brand’s creative direction and storytelling across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall creative vision and maintain a consistent, aspirational brand identity.
  • Conceptualize and oversee high-impact marketing, digital, and print campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to bring luxury travel stories to life.
  • Develop creative strategies that enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand prestige.
  • Direct production of brand collaterals—brochures, films, ads, digital assets, event concepts, and more.
  • Mentor and guide the creative team to foster innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure all creative outputs reflect business goals, premium aesthetics, and luxury standards.
  • Stay ahead of global design, lifestyle, and luxury trends.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and agencies to deliver world-class campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related creative field.
  • 2–3 years experience in a senior creative role—preferably in luxury travel, lifestyle, or hospitality.
  • Strong expertise in creative direction, visual storytelling & brand communication.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer psychology & premium design principles.
  • Proficiency with creative tools and a sharp eye for detail and innovation.
  • Passion for luxury travel, design, and experiential storytelling.
