As we scale, we’re looking for a results-oriented, strategic HR Manager to drive organizational growth, build a high-performing team, and shape our HR and recruitment strategies from the ground up.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Manage interview coordination, offer letters, and candidate engagement.
• Oversee HR operations such as payroll, attendance, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and culture building.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in IT or hospitality/tourism.
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, HR tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
