Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook

Manage recruitment, onboarding & induction process

Handle attendance systems, leaves, payroll coordination & compliance

Oversee disciplinary actions, grievances & dispute resolution

Plan employee engagement, training & skill-development programs

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment)

Prepare monthly MIS reports & manpower planning
