About the Role

Human Resource Manager with a strong IT background

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and technical workforce needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring efficient talent acquisition processes.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management programs.
  • Work closely with IT leadership to understand technical skill requirements and support workforce planning.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS systems for data-driven decision-making.
  • Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
  • Develop compensation and benefits frameworks suitable for competitive tech environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in HR roles, preferably within the IT or tech sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technology industry hiring practices.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solution-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting software development, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure teams.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.
