Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Coimbatore, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement and retention, training and development, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support organizational growth and strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and Policy Development
• Experience in Training and Development, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a hybrid work environment
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus
