This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent people management skills, and the ability to connect HR practices with the technical needs of a modern IT organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and technical workforce needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring efficient talent acquisition processes. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management programs. Work closely with IT leadership to understand technical skill requirements and support workforce planning. Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS systems for data-driven decision-making. Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness. Develop compensation and benefits frameworks suitable for competitive tech environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience (3+ years) in HR roles, preferably within the IT or tech sector. Strong understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technology industry hiring practices. Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards. Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solution-driven mindset. Preferred Skills Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent. Experience supporting software development, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure teams.
