Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, policies, and compliance. The role requires a people-centric professional who can build a strong, positive, and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws etc.).
• Manage employee grievance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities for enhancing workplace culture.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and career development plans.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
• Prepare HR reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
• Proven experience (3–7 years) as HR Manager or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools/software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
