Job Title: Hospital Manager Location: Aadinath Vitalising Home Ayurveda and Panchkarma Hospital Malviya Nagar Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Department: Administration Reports To: Hospital Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering high-quality patient services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the hospital’s daily operations including departments such as admissions, finance, housekeeping, HR, and maintenance. Collaborate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure smooth coordination across departments. Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Manage hospital budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize cost-effective practices. Supervise staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement operational policies and quality improvement programs. Handle patient complaints and feedback, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, vendors, and external stakeholders. Prepare and present reports on hospital performance to management/board. Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment and supplies. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in hospital administration or healthcare operations. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in hospital management systems and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to handle stress, multitask, and work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
