About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient services, manage staff efficiency, and maintain smooth functioning of all hospital departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hospital operations to ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Handle patient service quality, grievance management, and satisfaction improvement.
• Lead, train, and monitor hospital staff, including OPD/IPD, reception, and support teams.
• Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, therapists, and administrative staff.
• Oversee admission & discharge processes, billing accuracy, and documentation.
• Manage hospital supplies, inventory, pharmacy coordination, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols throughout the premises.
• Prepare reports for management and contribute to strategic planning and growth.
• Coordinate marketing and PR activities to improve patient footfall if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, hospital workflow, and patient management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Ayurveda or Panchkarma hospital management .
• Knowledge of TPA, insurance process, and medical billing.
• Familiarity with NABH protocols.

Salary Range

Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
