We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting practices, billing, audits, and financial reporting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Proficiency in Tally and strong analytical skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry and voucher posting in Tally. Manage and maintain filing of vouchers and financial records. Prepare and manage IPD (In-Patient Department) billing. Assist in generating cost analysis reports for departments and management. Handle cash collection from departments and ensure timely depositing into bank accounts. Maintain and update day books and MIS reports on a daily basis. Oversee and reconcile pharmacy account books. Conduct store record checks and verify bills for purchases. Generate and manage purchase orders for pharmacy and hospital supplies. Calculate, deduct, and process TDS payments for vendors. Support pharmacy audits and maintain audit-ready documentation. Ensure compliance with financial protocols and internal controls. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior authorities.
