About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, Payload CMS, and TypeScript. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, designing intuitive frontend experiences, and developing robust backend services. This role requires a balance of frontend craftsmanship and backend architecture expertise. Tech Stack Frontend: Next.js (App Router – v13+), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN/UI (preferred), Zustand/Redux, TanStack Query, Internationalization (i18n). Backend: Node.js, Payload CMS (v3+). Other: REST APIs, JWT/Auth, Git, CI/CD, Vercel/Netlify or similar deployment platforms. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using Next.js and Payload CMS. Build custom APIs and backend services with clean, modular, and secure architecture. Design, optimize, and manage database schemas and queries for performance. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration. Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards. Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high availability. Deploy and monitor applications on Vercel/Netlify/Docker-based workflows. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong expertise in Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing, API routes). Hands-on experience with Payload CMS (collections, hooks, plugins, access control). Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend architecture. Strong backend knowledge with Node.js and CMS-driven workflows. Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux) and data fetching (TanStack Query). Familiarity with authentication flows (JWT, sessions, OAuth). Good understanding of REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows. Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Nice to Have Prior experience with CMS-based SaaS products. Knowledge of GraphQL APIs. Experience with Docker-based deployment or other DevOps workflows. Exposure to microservices architecture.
