As we expand and set up a new office in Ahmedabad, we're looking for a dynamic HR Manager with hands-on experience in IT hiring and HR operations to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Lead IT recruitment for roles such as developers, designers, and QA professionals.
• Manage interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and offer letter preparation.
• Support HR operations including payroll, attendance, and compliance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong workplace culture.
• Contribute to HR policy development for our new Ahmedabad office.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on IT/Tech hiring.
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
