Creative Head

We are hiring a creative head with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Creative vision and strategy: Define the overall creative direction for campaigns, brand identity, and product experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Team leadership and management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals (such as graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, cinematographers, and content creators).
• Project oversight: Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing and media teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and successful project outcomes.
• Content and quality control: Review and approve all creative work, from initial concepts to final deliverables, to ensure it meets marketing goals and brand standards.
• Strategic thinking: Engage in brainstorming, analyze market trends, and develop creative strategies that translate business objectives into actionable and innovative initiatives.

Key skills and qualifications

A strong understanding of design, copy, and digital technology, as well as brand development and multichannel marketing.
