We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative department, drive brand strategy, and elevate the visual identity of both our company and our clients. Key Responsibilities · Lead, inspire, and manage the creative team across design, content, and media. · Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, including branding, campaign creatives, digital content, advertisements, and marketing materials. · Develop strong creative concepts that align with business goals and brand guidelines. · Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and business teams to execute impactful campaigns. · Provide creative direction for photoshoots, videos, branding projects, and digital initiatives. · Ensure consistency of brand identity across platforms. · Stay ahead of industry trends, creative technologies, and emerging design practices. · Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality. · Mentor and upskill the creative team, fostering innovation and creativity. Requirements · 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (Agency experience preferred). · Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in branding, digital campaigns, and creative strategy. · Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). · Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, typography, and visual communication. · Ability to convert ideas into visually compelling concepts. · Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. · Strong project management and time management abilities. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
