As a Creative Head at Zero Gravity Medias, you will be responsible for driving innovation, creativity, and strategic direction within the company. Your creative vision and leadership directly impact the success of marketing campaigns, brand perception, and overall business objectives. Success will be measured by driving brand engagement, increasing brand awareness, delivering impactful campaigns, and contributing to revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Planning and Execution:** Strategize, plan, and oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to completion. Set project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. - **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:** Address creative challenges, resolve project issues, and make informed decisions to keep campaigns on track and aligned with brand objectives. - **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work with teams across departments to ensure creative alignment with overall business goals and strategies. - **Leadership and Mentorship:** Inspire and mentor creative teams, provide guidance, feedback, and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. - **Process Improvement and Innovation:** Identify opportunities for process enhancements, explore new creative techniques, and stay abreast of industry trends. - **Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:** Engage in client presentations, pitches, or technical aspects related to design tools, platforms, or digital marketing strategies. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of digital marketing tools, and experience with content management systems (CMS). - **Educational Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in design or marketing are advantageous. - **Experience Level:** Minimum of 5 years in creative roles within marketing/advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. - **Soft Skills:** Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English, effective collaboration, strategic thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and leadership qualities. - **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, branding principles, and experience working in fast-paced marketing environments. - **Attention to Detail:** Excellent attention to detail, with strong typography (English and Malayalam), layout, and color theory skills. - **Time Management:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. - **Stay Updated:** Keep up with industry trends, new design technologies, and best practices.
