Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head based in Chennai. The Creative Head will oversee all creative aspects of projects, including directing creative processes, developing effective branding and creative strategies, and managing a team of creative professionals. The role involves active collaboration with clients and internal departments to deliver creative solutions that align with the company’s vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy development
• Proven experience in Branding and developing innovative brand concepts
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and familiarity with design tools and software
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work creatively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in digital media or marketing industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
