From planning content calendars to scripting reels and writing captions — this role requires both creative firepower and strategic thinking. You’ll work directly with the Founder and creative team to build viral, high-converting content that builds authority, drives leads, and increases engagement. 📌 Key Responsibilities Develop & execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more Write high-converting captions, social ad copies, and script ideas for Reels/short videos Collaborate with design and video teams to bring content to life Build content strategies based on industry trends, business goals, and target audience Monitor analytics and suggest actionable improvements (growth, reach, engagement) Create and manage branded social media presence for both the agency and our clients Keep up with latest platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes Manage scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.) ✅ Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in social media content management Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook content best practices Ability to write clear, high-value content and hook-driven captions Proficiency with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Trello/Notion, and social scheduling tools Awareness of performance-based content metrics (CTR, reach, saves, shares, etc.) Strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand tone Self-starter mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 📈 Performance KPIs Monthly follower & engagement growth Consistent delivery of weekly content calendar Reel/script quality & views Content performance vs benchmarks (reach, saves, shares) Contribution to lead generation campaigns (content support) 🚀 Why Join Us Work with a global team and elite brands across industries Access to tools, systems, and frameworks to grow faster Direct mentorship from the Founder Performance-based incentives and bonuses Room for rapid growth into Creative Director or Content Head role
