Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Completing Cold calling targets and other outreaching across other platforms.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, understand business needs, and pitch digital marketing solutions effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate healthcare, real estate, and other high-growth niches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create custom proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
  • Utilize AI-powered sales tools, CRMs, and automation platforms to track leads, manage follow-ups, and optimize conversions.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI advancements, and industry best practices to strengthen our positioning.
  • Represent World of Digital Dudes at events, conferences, and client meetings to build long-term business relationships.
  • Closing sales through in-person or virtual meetings.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing sales / business development.
  • Strong background in closing high-ticket deals in services like SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, branding, complete Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent cold calling & lead generation skills with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and AI-powered lead generation tools.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and position digital solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
