We’re now looking for a Creative Head who can take our brand creativity and client campaigns to the next level of innovation and impact.
The Creative Head will lead the entire creative process — from ideation to execution — ensuring world-class creativity, strategy-backed concepts, and flawless execution across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be highly imaginative, research-oriented, and experienced in social media management, with the ability to conceptualize and execute photoshoots, campaigns, and brand storytelling that stand out online.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the creative team to produce top-tier visual and content output across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns, photoshoots, and storytelling ideas aligned with brand strategy and goals.
• Conduct continuous market and trend research to bring fresh, data-backed creative ideas to every project.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the strategy, design, and marketing teams to align creativity with performance and brand goals.
• Oversee and guide social media management for multiple clients — ensuring engaging, aesthetic, and results-oriented content delivery.
• Review and refine creative deliverables before client submission to maintain high standards of quality and originality.
• Develop brand concepts, tone of voice, and creative strategies for new campaigns and clients.
• Manage and coordinate creative shoots (photo/video), from planning to post-production.
• Train and inspire the creative team to push boundaries, explore new formats, and maintain trend leadership.
• Optimize creative workflows and introduce tools/processes to increase efficiency and output quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership or senior creative role (preferably in a digital agency).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, branding, storytelling, and visual design.
• Proven experience in Instagram and Facebook management, including planning, strategy, and creative execution.
• Hands-on knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and design balance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong research mindset — ability to discover new ideas, trends, and strategies before competitors.
• Ability to thrive under deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
