A Creative Head is the senior leader responsible for defining and executing an organization's entire creative vision and output.

• Their core duties involve.
• Setting Strategy: Establishing the overall creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Leadership: Mentoring and managing a team of designers.
• Oversight: Managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
• Collaboration: Working with executives and clients to align creative work with business goals.
• One must possess strong leadership skills, extensive industry experience (usually 7+ years), strategic thinking, and an exceptional creative portfolio.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

• Lucknow City, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
