Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for the position of Creative Head. The Creative Head will lead all creative initiatives, develop innovative branding and marketing strategies, oversee the creation of graphic designs, and ensure high standards of creative direction. The role includes managing a talented creative team to deliver exceptional results and collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Creative Direction and the ability to develop and execute innovative concepts Expertise in Branding and Creative Strategy to design impactful campaigns Strong skills in Graphic Design with a keen eye for visual appeal and messaging Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate a creative team Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and design Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a leadership role within the digital marketing or creative industry is highly desirable
