AuraFloral Studio is looking for a Creative Head to lead our design and branding efforts, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life across all our projects. 📍 Location: On-site, Pune 🕒 Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Role Description As the Creative Head, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative projects that reflect the essence of AuraFloral Studio. You’ll develop creative strategies, lead branding initiatives, oversee graphic design work, and manage a talented team of designers. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll ensure every project embodies beauty, precision, and innovation. 🎨 Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand goals - Lead the design team to deliver high-quality creative assets - Oversee graphic design, photography, video shooting, and editing - Direct and produce visual content for social media, marketing, and client presentations - Direct branding and visual identity initiatives - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes - Maintain consistency and innovation across all creative touchpoints 💼 Qualifications: - Proven experience in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding - Expertise in Graphic Design with strong aesthetics and attention to detail - Strong skills in Graphic Design, Video Shooting, and Video Editing - Excellent team leadership and project management skills - Strong communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work on-site and thrive in the dynamic world of floristry and events - (Bonus) Experience in event styling, floral design, or related creative industries
