Location: Aurafloral Flagship Retail Studio & Experience Centre, Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra, 411001 Key Responsibilities : 1) Design and develop new floral products and arrangements for in-store displays, catalogs, and the website in consultation with the Founder & Operations team. 2) Create seasonal collections, festive ranges, and AuraFloral signature designs. 3) Conceptualize and design gift hampers, combo offers, and curated packages. 4) Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations, Website Designers, and Media Photographers for campaigns and product launches. 5) Understand and execute customized design requirements for both B2B and B2C clients. 6) Assist in creating mock-ups, prototypes, and visual concepts for workshops, installations, and in-store experiences. 7) Maintain excellent professional relationships with customers, vendors, office staff, and sales teams. 8) Edit and enhance product images using graphic design and photography editing tools for digital and print use. 9) Participate in product knowledge and arrangement training as required to stay aligned with brand standards and innovations.
