Creative Designer

Role Overview :

The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative floral designs and product arrangements for the retail studio, e-commerce website, and seasonal campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with the Founder, Operations, Marketing, and Media teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and premium presentation.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Design and develop new floral products and arrangements for in-store displays, catalogs, and the website in consultation with the Founder & Operations team.

2) Create seasonal collections, festive ranges, and AuraFloral signature designs.

3) Conceptualize and design gift hampers, combo offers, and curated packages.

4) Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations, Website Designers, and Media Photographers for campaigns and product launches.

5) Understand and execute customized design requirements for both B2B and B2C clients.

6) Assist in creating mock-ups, prototypes, and visual concepts for workshops, installations, and in-store experiences.

7) Maintain excellent professional relationships with customers, vendors, office staff, and sales teams.

8) Edit and enhance product images using graphic design and photography editing tools for digital and print use.

9) Participate in product knowledge and arrangement training as required to stay aligned with brand standards and innovations.

Required Skills & Competencies :

1) Strong sense of aesthetic design, color theory, and floral composition.

2) Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom or equivalent).

3) Ability to translate creative ideas into commercially viable products.

4) Good communication and coordination skills.

5) Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity, luxury presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Work Experience Requirements :

1) Junior Creative Designer: Minimum 1 year experience in product or design-related roles.

2) Senior Creative Designer: Minimum 3 years experience in product design, floral design, or related creative fields.
