1) Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and product recommendations.
2) Attend and manage walk-in customer enquiries at the reception with a warm and professional approach.
3) Respond promptly to customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Website, and Email.
4) Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate floral products, arrangements, and services.
5) Collect, update, and maintain customer data accurately for CRM and follow-ups.
6) Request and obtain Google Reviews from satisfied customers to strengthen brand credibility.
7) Handle and resolve customer complaints or grievances in a timely and professional manner, escalating when required.
8) Act as a pleasant, welcoming host, ensuring a premium in-store experience aligned with the AURAFLORAL brand.
9) Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
10) Participate in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service training as required.
11) Support store operations and contribute towards weekly, monthly & quarterly sales targets.
1) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2) Customer-focused mindset with a polite, positive, and professional attitude.
3) Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, Website enquiry systems, and basic computer tools like MS Office.
4) Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
5) Interest in flowers, luxury retail, and experiential sales is preferred.
1) Junior Sales Executive: Minimum 01 year experience in retail sales
2) Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 03 years experience in retail sales
