We are having an urgent requirements for Sales Executive position at Royal Chain Pvt Ltd - Mumbai CST

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to acquire new customers, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customer
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
Experience
1 - 3 years of experience in sales (industry-specific experience is an advantage)
