Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator Location: Vasai Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to lead and manage the internal sales support operations. The role involves overseeing order processing, client communication, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of sales orders. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in technical or industrial sales coordination and strong documentation and team-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review quotation generation, order confirmations Coordinate with clients regarding order updates, dispatch schedules, and technical documentation Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders Work closely with production, service, and accounts teams to track order status Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems and generate sales MIS reports Support the sales team with product documentation, presentations, and lead tracking Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Engineering Minimum 4 to6 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in a manufacturing or technical setup) Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM/ERP platforms Strong documentation, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to handle pressure and meet tight timelines Preferred: Experience in handling technical product sales Understanding of lab/testing/refrigeration/calibration equipment ]

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Perform final inspection of machined parts, castings, forgings, fabrications, and other components for defects or irregularities. Identify and report any deviations from specifications or requirements to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions to address quality issues. Maintain accurate records of inspection results and reports. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical) degree required; knowledge of QMS principles preferred. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the auto component industry.
