Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Manage and review quotation generation, order confirmations
Coordinate with clients regarding order updates, dispatch schedules, and technical documentation
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
Work closely with production, service, and accounts teams to track order status
Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems and generate sales MIS reports
Support the sales team with product documentation, presentations, and lead tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Engineering
Minimum 4 to6 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in a manufacturing or technical setup)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM/ERP platforms
Strong documentation, multitasking, and organizational skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight timelines
Preferred:
Experience in handling technical product sales
Understanding of lab/testing/refrigeration/calibration equipment
