Job Description

Nirma Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and result-driven Sales Coordinator to lead and manage sales operations in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG sector.

To complete Joining formalities of a New appointee (field staff) & basis training for reporting in Portal.
To coordinate for confirmation / extension of probation of field staff.
To complete all formalities of F&F after resignation of Field staff.
Support & coordinate for Mediclaim, Insurance claim of field staff if any.
Maintain attendance, leaves, filing, other records etc. of field staff of assigned states.
Check and release TA / DA of field staff and maintain the records of same.
Collect Form 12BB (investment details) of Field staff and submit / Coordinate with taxation dept.
Coordinate for appraisal of field staff every year.
To collect Monthly Travel plan of field staff and report about deviation if any.
To collect and maintain records of daily/ weekly/ monthly Sales reports of field staff.
To collect Competitor companys report on monthly basis from field staff.
To generate MIS reports, Monthly quarterly sales reports etc.
To generate and maintain quarterly Sales review reports of assigned states.
Coordinate with field staff for regular reporting for all other activities like Market Schemes, special working and other miscellaneous tasks.
Must have reasonable knowledge of computer and can operate Excel, word, Power point, SAP etc.
